Afghanistan National Standards Authority held a Workshop on the Protection of Women in National Laws.

The workshop entitled (Protection of Women in National Law) was conducted by Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission in collaboration with the Gender department of ANSA. the workshop was attended by employees of various departments of ANSA, that detailed information on topics such as protection of women in the constitution, labor law, civil law, law of violence against women and penal code were given.

Meanwhile, the Afghan constitution recognizes women's rights and has given them equal rights in both human dignity and human rights.
