The Afghanistan National Standards Authority (ANSA) invites all eligible bidders to participate in the procurement process for equipment related to the Quality Certification Project for the fiscal year 1404.
Interested bidders can obtain a soft copy of the bidding documents free of charge by providing a flash disk to the Procurement Directorate of ANSA.
Bids must be prepared in sealed envelopes in accordance with the terms outlined in the bidding documents and in line with the Procurement Law and Procedures. Submissions must be delivered to the Procurement Directorate, third floor of ANSA, located in the Industrial Park, off the Sarak-e Now, Kabul–Jalalabad highway, within 21 calendar days from the date of this announcement.
Late submissions and bids sent via the internet will not be accepted.
The bid security must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of AFN 684,500 (six hundred eighty-four thousand five hundred Afghanis).
The bid opening session will be held at 10:00 AM, 21 calendar days after the publication date of this announcement, at the Procurement Directorate, third floor of ANSA.
