Re-Announcement for the Procurement of 12,000 Kilograms of Liquefied Gas for the Fiscal Year 1404

The Standards and Quality Authority invites all eligible bidders to participate in the tender process for the procurement of 12,000 kilograms of Liquefied Gas for the Fiscal Year 1404.
Bidders may obtain the soft copy of the relevant bidding document free of charge on a flash drive from the Procurement Department of the Standards and Quality Authority or the National Procurement Website.
They should submit their sealed bids, in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the bidding document and pursuant to the Procurement Law and Procedure, from the date of publication of this announcement until 21 calendar days to the Procurement Directorate of the Standards and Quality Authority, located in the Industrial Township, past the New Road, Kabul-Jalalabad Highway. Late and online bids will not be accepted.
The Bid Security shall be in the form of a bank guarantee amounting to 25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand) Afghanis. The bid opening session will be held 21 calendar days after the publication date of the announcement, at (10:00) AM, at the Procurement Department on the third floor of the Standards and Quality Authority.
