Regarding the Announcement of the Building Painting Project of the Afghanistan National Standards Authority (ANSA)

The Afghanistan National Standards Authority (ANSA) invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the building painting project for the fiscal year 1404. The related tender documents can be obtained free of charge by bringing a USB flash drive to the Procurement Directorate of ANSA.
Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes according to the conditions mentioned in the tender document and in accordance with the Procurement Law and Procedures.
The submission deadline is 21 calendar days from the date of the announcement, and proposals must be delivered to the Procurement Directorate of ANSA, located in the Industrial Park, past the new main road, Kabul–Jalalabad Highway. Late or electronically submitted proposals will not be accepted.
The proposal guarantee must be in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of AFN 35,000 (Thirty-five thousand Afghanis).
The bid opening session will be held 21 calendar days after the announcement date, at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd floor of the Afghanistan National Standards Authority (Procurement Directorate).
