Procurement of Printed and Non-Printed Stationery, Printer Toner, and Copier Ink for the 1405 Fiscal Year

The Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) invites all eligible bidders to participate in the tender process for the procurement of printed and non-printed stationery, as well as printer and copier inks for the fiscal year 1405.

Qualified bidders may obtain the soft copy of the Bidding Documents free of charge on a flash drive from the Procurement Department of ASQA or via the National Procurement website.

Bids must be prepared in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents and the Public Procurement Law and Procedures. Sealed bids should be submitted within (21) calendar days from the date of this announcement to the Procurement Department of ASQA, located at Industrial Town, past the New Road, Kabul-Jalalabad Highway.

Late and electronic bids will not be accepted. The bid opening session will be held (21) calendar days after the announcement date at 10:00 AM in the Procurement Department, 3rd Floor, ASQA Headquarters.
