Invitation for Bids for the Procurement of Office and IT Equipment for the Directorate of Quality Certification

The Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) invites all eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the tendering process for the supply and procurement of office and computer equipment required by the Directorate of Quality Certification for the Fiscal Year 1405.

Interested bidders may obtain a soft copy of the Bidding Documents free of charge either via a flash drive directly from the Procurement Sub-Directorate of ASQA or from the National Procurement website. Sealed bids must be prepared and submitted in strict accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents, the Law of Contracts, and the Procurement Procedures. All bids must be submitted within 21 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Procurement Sub-Directorate of ASQA. Late and electronic (internet) bids will strictly not be accepted.

The bid opening session will be held 21 calendar days following the announcement's publication at 10:00 AM at the Procurement Sub-Directorate, located on the 3rd floor of the Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) building.
