Invitation for Bids for the General Renovation Project of ASQA Buildings and Premises for the Fiscal Year 1405

The Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) invites all eligible bidders to participate in the tendering process for the essential renovation of all restrooms within the four-story headquarters and the Directorate of Finance building, the installation of wooden and PVC partitions, and the construction of an outdoor canopy within the authority’s courtyard for the Fiscal Year 1405.

Interested bidders may obtain a soft copy of the Bidding Documents free of charge either from the National Procurement website or via a flash drive directly from the Procurement Sub-Directorate of ASQA. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents, the Law of Contracts, and the Procurement Procedures.

Sealed bids must be submitted within 21 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Procurement Sub-Directorate of ASQA. Late and electronic (internet) bids will strictly not be accepted.

The bid opening session will be held 21 calendar days following the announcement's publication at 10:00 AM at the Procurement Sub-Directorate, located on the 3rd floor of the Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) building.
