Afghanistan National Standards Authority held an online meeting with International Trade Center (ITC).

An online meeting was held between ANSA and ICT. In the meeting Mr. Zabihullah Ziarmal, Director General of ANSA, Khymeraj Ramful, Senior Advisor of (ITC), Ms. Nicolas in charge of food safety department, Sediqullah Mojadadi, environmental advisor at the International Trade Center, Eng. Sanaz Salimi, General Director of Technical department of ANSA, Head of Plan and Policy, and Head of Conformity Assessment of ANSA were participated.
Mr. Ziarmal provided comprehensive information regarding ANSA’s plans and emphasized on the implementing of these plans. The further cooperation and how to strengthen bilateral relations discussed.
International trade center assures necessary cooperation in field of metrology lab, standardization, certification, conducting training programs to ANSA.
The International Trade Center is an international economic organization that operates as an international brand globally to provide better business facilities and in Afghanistan has close cooperation in various commercial areas, especially technical cooperation in implementing the National Export Strategy. It is notable that Afghanistan National Standards Authority, along with other stakeholders, plays a key role in implementing this national strategy.
